Territory Manager, Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart (Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL)

Purpose
- Achieve sales goals in the assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures and increasing market share.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into new IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; lead a UCAS pod (Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialists) indirectly and partner with Regional Business Directors to meet business objectives.

Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with doctors and Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and execute selling strategies and strategic sales plans to meet/exceed sales objectives.
- Own territory strategy: account prioritization, procedural targeting, and ICE adoption roadmaps across structural heart programs.
- Create tactical/operational plans and communicate them to UCASs, RBDs, and team members.
- Lead/coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive product utilization; maintain communication for alignment and optimal customer service.
- Demonstrate deep product/procedural knowledge and clinical excellence, including new product introductions.
- Identify trends, competitive conditions, and share best practices with pod/internal partners.
- Capture and communicate โ€œvoice of customerโ€ insights to clinical science, medical affairs, marketing, and R&D.
- Leverage internal/external business partners across accounts/geographies to maximize resources and outcomes.
- Communicate business issues/opportunities to next management.
- Partner with TMs, UCASs, and RBDs to identify/resolve case issues and increase customer loyalty and business outcomes.

Qualifications
- BA/BS plus minimum 7 years professional work experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular medical devices (cardiovascular/interventional cardiology). Selling/managing structural heart products and therapies (e.g., TAVI, LAAO, M/T TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD) and cardiac imaging preferred.
- Documented sales awards/achievements preferred.
- Prior management experience a plus; capital selling experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Breadth/depth relationships within interventional cardiologists.
- Experience in a matrix organization; collaboration across functions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Physical Working Conditions / Requirements
- Exempt role with flexible work hours.
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare/medical device industry, disease states, and therapeutic/institutional trends.
- Successful completion of company training programs.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; advanced computer skills; ability to multitask.
- Field-based: driving, walking; use of phone/computer.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Travel up to 80% in the US; may occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Anticipated base pay range: $78,000โ€“$83,000.
- Eligible for annual performance bonus (company performance-based).
- Eligible for a company car through the FLEET program.
- May be eligible for employee benefit programs (e.g., health insurance, savings plan, pension, disability, vacation/sick/holiday pay, and work/personal/family time off) per plan terms.
