Territory Manager, Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart (Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL)

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by driving adoption of 2D/4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures and growing market share.
- Develop territory strategy: account prioritization, procedural targeting, and ICE adoption roadmaps; identify new procedural opportunities.
- Lead the commercial transition from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; manage total account relationships across hospital types.
- Create and communicate tactical/operational plans to UCASs and RBDs; coordinate UCAS pod activity to maximize utilization.
- Capture/communicate voice of customer insights to clinical science, medical affairs, marketing, and R&D.
- Ensure compliance and complete administrative duties (training, expenses, reporting).

Qualifications
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years cardiovascular medical device sales (cardiovascular/interventional cardiology focus); structural heart and cardiac imaging experience (preferred).
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; matrix organization experience.

Required/Work Conditions
- Complete company training; valid driver’s license; advanced computer skills.
- Travel up to 80%; field-based driving/walking; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base pay: $78,000–$83,000; annual performance bonus eligibility.
- Company car via FLEET program; eligibility for employee benefit programs (health insurance, savings/pension/disability, vacation/sick/holiday, and paid time off).
