Territory Manager, Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart (Atlanta, GA or Orlando, FL)
Purpose
- Achieve sales goals in assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D/4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures and growing market share.
- Develop structural heart imaging market by identifying procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; indirectly lead UCAS pod teams and coordinate with Regional Business Directors.
Functional Responsibilities
- Develop and execute selling strategies and strategic sales plans.
- Own territory strategy (account prioritization, procedural targeting, ICE adoption roadmaps).
- Create tactical/operational plans; coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive product utilization.
- Provide deep product/procedural support, capture/communicate voice of customer insights, and facilitate customer adoption of new products/techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health/safety/environment practices and applicable regulations; complete administrative and training requirements.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and collaborate with EP commercial teams on adoption plans.
Qualifications
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular medical devices (structural heart and cardiac imaging preferred: TAVI, LAAO, TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD).
- Strong relationships with interventional cardiologists; analytical/project management/communication skills; matrix/cross-functional experience.
Requirements
- Valid driverβs license; advanced computer skills; field-based driving/walking/phone & computer; travel up to 80%; may lift up to 30 lbs.
