Geography:
- Candidates must live in Chicago, Evanston, Naperville.

Responsibilities:
- Provide territory disease-state education and drive launch and ongoing growth of XDEMVY.
- Manage eye care accounts: anatomy, disease state, products, XDEMVY, and office treatment patterns.
- Build relationships with all key stakeholders; understand ophthalmology/optometry practice workflows and impact on prescribing and pull-through.
- Execute managed care pull-through tactics; maximize managed care opportunities and share feedback.
- Engage key opinion leaders and foster relationships with Tarsus leadership.
- Drive top-tier sales execution by exceeding goals and productivity metrics.
- Use analytics to prioritize customer engagements and improve reach/frequency for trial and utilization.
- Monitor KPIs weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually and adjust strategy based on data.
- Set and execute actionable business plans; share insights with leadership.
- Champion compliance and PDMA compliance; adhere to industry/company compliance guidelines.
- Provide frontline feedback and intel; maximize territory resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field, or commensurate experience.
- Required: 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales, or a proven track record of B2B sales.
- Strongly preferred: pharmaceutical launch experience.
- Preferred: eye care experience.
- Strong communication, change management, problem-solving/collaboration, escalation judgment, and adaptability.

Travel:
- Travel required within selling geography and beyond; 40–50% travel in some geographies.
