The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization within the St. Louis East territory.
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and meet legal/compliance regulations
- Utilize marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
- Apply critical thinking and a strategic mindset to sell in a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue for total account management and outstanding customer service
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Bachelorโs degree required
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
- Strong urgency and customer-service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by territory
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
