Job Responsibilities
- Direct customer-facing interaction and execution of brand and sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value and educate on appropriate utilization
- Use knowledge of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize territory results
- Collaborate with matrix team members to establish and improve territory performance
- Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Use internal resources and data analysis to create territory business plans that drive results
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and implement process improvements that positively impact the business
- Understand opportunities unique to the assigned geography

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in related field
- Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Ability to travel: 80% within assigned territory; 20% overnight and/or weekend events (as needed)
- Consistent track record of performance
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
- Valid driverโ€™s license required

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years hospital or large account experience
- 2+ years experience in Uro-oncology, Oncology, Rare Disease, or Medical Device
- Experience with Buy & Bill products
