The Position
Territory Business Manager (Minneapolis, MN territory) reporting to the District Business Manager; responsible for driving product awareness and utilization and achieving/exceeding sales initiatives by developing relationships and partnering with physicians and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance regulations
- Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
- Use critical thinking and strategic mindset to sell in a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access
- Coordinate/collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue for total account management and outstanding service
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- 2+ years proven quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Bachelorโs degree required
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
- High sense of urgency and customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by the territory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based, results-oriented culture
