The Territory Business Manager, Dermatology β Fort Worth, Texas will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization in the Fort Worth territory (candidate preferred to be located in territory).
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and comply with legal and compliance regulations.
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to provide outstanding customer service.
- Build relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years proven quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance; strong aptitude for learning.
- High urgency/customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by territory.
- Thrives in fast-paced, performance-based environment.
