The Territory Business Manager, Dermatology β Fort Worth, Texas will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization within a defined territory (Fort Worth area). The candidate is preferred to be located in-territory.
Responsibilities
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and comply with legal/compliance regulations.
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Apply critical thinking and strategic mindset to sell in a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access.
- Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver customer service.
- Build relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorβs degree (four-year college/university).
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- Urgency/customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
