The Territory Business Manager, Dermatology β Fort Worth, Texas will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization within the Fort Worth territory.
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge and compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance regulations.
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Apply critical thinking and a strategic mindset to navigate a changing health care environment and gain customer access.
- Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to support total account management and outstanding customer service.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum two years of quota-driven sales experience (preferred: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales).
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and aptitude for learning.
- Strong urgency with customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
