The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization within a defined territory. The role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales initiatives by developing effective relationships and partnering with physicians.

Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Use marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities
- Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain access to customers
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role (preferred: dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales)
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required
- Valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
- Strong sense of urgency and customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by the territory
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
