The Position
The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization to achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Use business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
- Build disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and follow all legal/compliance regulations
- Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities
- Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to provide outstanding customer service
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times
Qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience; preferred dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Bachelorโs degree (required)
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
- Strong customer service urgency
- Ability to travel as required by the territory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture
