Job Summary
- Territory Business Manager (TBM) responsible for all sales activities and execution of marketing strategies within a defined geography.
- Focus on key urology accounts and relevant institutions (hospitals and specialty pharmacies).
- Deliver sales results and develop detailed business plans; understand local market opportunities (reimbursement, healthcare delivery models, transitions of care, and patient pathways).

Job Responsibilities
- Direct customer-facing interaction and execute brand & sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value and educate on appropriate utilization.
- Use local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize territory results.
- Collaborate with matrix teams to establish and improve territory performance.
- Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use internal resources and data analysis to create territory business plans that drive results.
- Identify opportunities for organizational efficiency and process improvements.
- Understand opportunities unique to the geography.

Job Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in related field.
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience.
- Ability to travel: 80% within assigned territory; 20% overnight and/or weekend events (as needed).
- Consistent track record of performance.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
- Valid driverโ€™s license required.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years hospital or large account experience.
- 2+ years Uro-oncology/Oncology/Rare Disease/Medical Device experience.
- Experience with Buy & Bill products.
