The Territory Business Manager, Allergy β North/Central New Jersey will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization to achieve and exceed sales initiatives by developing relationships and partnering with physicians within a defined territory (North New Jersey and the Tri State Area; candidate preferred to be located in territory).
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance regulations.
- Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and strategic access to customers.
- Coordinate with field personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue for total account management and outstanding customer service.
- Maintain active relationships and presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 2 years quota-driven sales experience (prefer dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales).
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
- High sense of urgency/customer-service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Thrives in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
