Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales (West Los Angeles)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
- Identify, target, and win new business by working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities within target accounts
- Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive, integrated customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP needs and requests
- Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals/objectives using KPIs and business problem solving
- Develop and foster external relationships with influential customers and thought leaders
- Act in alignment with compliance, accountabilities, and values-based culture; follow compliance and regulatory guidelines; escalate issues/risks and speak up
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (including overnight; majority of time in market)
- Valid Driverβs License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional influence in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in complex market access coverage situations
- Experience with cold chain treatment products (procure/manage/administer)
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in an integrated account team model with multiple field-based team members
