Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales and service results; identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
- Engage HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial needs/opportunities.
- Use data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale treatment models to reach more patients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) for an integrated product experience.
- Provide proactive customer service; deliver/adapt execution plans using KPIs and business problem-solving.
- Develop external relationships with key customers and thought leaders.
- Act per compliance, accountabilities, and values; escalate issues/risks; understand/follow compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel (overnight as needed)
- Valid Driverβs License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences; strong planning/organization and problem-solving
- Cross-functional influence in matrix environments; excellent written/oral communication
- Sales success in complex market access coverage; cold chain treatment experience
- Knowledge of HIV treatment/prevention markets; Spanish bilingual preferred
- Experience in integrated account team models with multiple field-based members
Compensation/Benefits:
- US base salary: $145,500β$242,500; annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, caregiver/parental and medical leave.
