Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Oral Treatment (Specialty Sales)

Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities
- Deliver exceptional sales and service; provide proactive customer service to address HCP needs/problems
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Coordinate and partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive internal communication
- Deliver/adapt execution plans using KPIs, scaling of successes, and business problem-solving
- Develop relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
- Act consistently with company culture/values; embrace launch ambiguity, speak up on issues/risks
- Understand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (may include overnight; majority of time in market)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving
- Cross-functional influence in a matrixed environment; excellent written/oral communication
- Sales success in complex market access coverage situations
- Experience with HCPs for procurement/management/admin of cold chain treatment products
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Partnering within an integrated account team model with multiple field-based members
