Territory Account Manager (TAM) β long-acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales
Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities in target accounts
- Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans that help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
- Coordinate and partner with cross-functional team members (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and close internal communication loops to ensure a cohesive, integrated ViiV customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs, scaling successes, and business problem solving
- Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
- Act in alignment with ViiV culture, expectations, and values; comply with key compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Embrace ambiguity in a launch environment; escalate issues/risks and βspeak upβ when needed
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary (may include overnight; majority of time spent in market)
- Valid Driverβs License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making, and problem-solving
- Experience influencing/collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in sales success in complex market access coverage situations
- Experience working with HCPs to procure, manage, and administer cold chain treatment products
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience partnering within an integrated account team model with multiple field-based team members
