Territory Account Manager (TAM) β€” long-acting HIV injectable treatment sales (Philadelphia North)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities in target accounts
- Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and close internal communication loops for a cohesive, integrated customer experience
- Provide proactive customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP needs, problems, and requests
- Deliver and adapt execution plans to meet performance goals and objectives using KPIs and business problem solving
- Develop and foster external relationships with influential customers and thought leaders
- Act consistently with values; embrace ambiguity in a launch environment; escalate issues/risks; speak up
- Understand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years’ specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (including overnight; majority of time in territory)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving
- Experience influencing/collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in complex market access coverage situations
- Experience working with HCPs to procure/manage/administer cold chain treatment products
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience partnering within an integrated account team model with multiple field-based members
