Territory Account Manager – Key Accountabilities

Sales and Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory goals.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.

Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product needs promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Product Expertise
- Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and clinical value of radiopharmaceutical products.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.

Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Accurately record activities and customer information in com.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and performance improvement areas.

Compliance and Ethics
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay current with industry regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.

Education and Experience / Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited university (BA/BS).
- Minimum 5 years of medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales in hospital or academic settings.
- Experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations.
- Track record of launching new products and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales (strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes.
- Skills in developing/executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Project management experience (budgeting, contracting, timeline management).
- Ability to learn and communicate complex clinical/technical information.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, results-driven team player.
- Ability to travel up to 75% domestically.
