Territory Account Manager (TAM) β€” Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales

Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities within target accounts
- Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute customer-tailored business plans to help HCPs scale treatment models to reach more patients
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and manage internal communication to ensure a cohesive, integrated ViiV customer experience
- Provide proactive customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests
- Deliver and adapt execution plans using KPIs, scaling of successes, and business problem-solving
- Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
- Act with integrity and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines; be consistent with company culture/values; speak up on issues/risks

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (may include overnight; majority time in market)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving
- Experience influencing cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Sales success in complex market access coverage
- Experience with cold chain treatment products (procure/manage/administer)
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Spanish bilingual (preferred)
- Experience partnering within an integrated account team model with multiple field-based team members
