Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Build strategic customer partnerships with key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders across target accounts.
- Navigate complex health systems by engaging clinical, administrative, pharmacy, formulary, and protocol stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans reflecting customer priorities, institutional dynamics, access considerations, and business opportunities.
- Identify barriers and unlock solutions to support patient identification, access, and long-term account growth.
- Use approved messaging and compliant engagement practices to bring product/clinical expertise to customer conversations.
- Support access and formulary efforts with value-based messaging and collaboration on pull-through strategies.
- Drive business performance via planning, execution, forecasting, and follow-through.
- Collaborate across teams while modeling ethics, integrity, and compliance.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Preferred
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
- Progressive pharmaceutical/biotech sales and account management experience.
- Proven results with clear customer/patient focus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic account planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience navigating institutional decision-making and access/formulary dynamics.
Other Requirements
- Valid driverβs license; travel by car/plane up to 80% (overnight travel ~10β30%).
- Ability to meet customer credentialing requirements (background screening, training, vaccinations as applicable).
