Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales (Miami South)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities within target accounts
- Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans that help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
- Coordinate and partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive, integrated customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to meet performance goals using KPIs and business problem solving
- Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
- Comply with accountabilities and values-based culture; act consistently with ViiV culture and expectations
- Embrace ambiguity in a launch environment; escalate issues/risks as needed and βspeak upβ; follow compliance and regulatory guidelines
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years of specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (including overnight; majority of time in market)
- Valid Driverβs License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Experience influencing/collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in sales success in complex market access coverage
- Experience working with HCPs to procure/manage/administer cold chain treatment products
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience partnering within an integrated account team model with multiple field-based team members
