Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales (East and West Village)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional sales and service; identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities.
- Use data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans that help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service; proactively anticipate and address needs/problems.
- Deliver and adapt execution plans to meet KPIs and performance objectives; solve business problems.
- Develop external relationships with key customers and thought leaders.
- Follow compliance/regulatory guidelines; act per ViiV culture/values; escalate risks/issues as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel (overnights as needed)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Business/Marketing/Life Sciences degree; strong planning/analytical/problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional influence in matrix environment; excellent written/oral communication
- Sales success in complex market access coverage; HIV treatment/prevention market knowledge
- Experience with cold chain treatment products
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred); experience in integrated account team model
