Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales

Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
- Identify, target, and win new business by working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts
- Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model and reach more patients
- Coordinate and partner with cross-functional team members (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and close internal communication loops to ensure a cohesive, integrated ViiV customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests
- Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives using KPIs, scaling successes, and business problem-solving
- Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
- Act consistently with ViiV values; embrace ambiguity in a launch environment; escalate issues/risks when needed and follow compliance/regulatory guidelines

Basic Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years of specialty experience
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary (may include overnight; majority of time spent in market)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical skills, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in complex market access coverage
- Experience working with HCPs to procure/manage/administer cold chain treatment products
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience partnering within an integrated account team model with multiple field-based team members
