Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales (Chicago North Side, Northern Suburbs, Northern IL, Southern WI)

Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated customer experience.
- Maintain portfolio-based selling and ensure cohesive internal communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing HCP needs/requests.
- Deliver/adapt execution plans using KPIs and business problem-solving.
- Develop external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
- Act consistently with company culture/values; embrace launch ambiguity; escalate issues/risks; follow compliance/regulatory guidelines.

Basic qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestically travel (overnights as needed; majority in-market)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences
- Strong planning, analytical, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Cross-functional influence/collaboration in matrixed environments
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Experience in complex market access; cold chain treatment products; HIV treatment/prevention markets
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Integrated account team model experience

Compensation/benefits (US): Annual base salary $145,500–$242,500; annual bonus; eligibility for long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, caregiver/parental and medical leave.
