Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales (Baltimore)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through exceptional sales and service.
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model and reach more patients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) for an integrated product experience.
- Provide proactive customer service; anticipate and address needs and requests.
- Deliver/adapt execution plans using KPIs, scaling successes, and business problem-solving.
- Develop relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
- Act consistently with values; embrace ambiguity in a launch environment; escalate risks/issues; follow compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales; 3+ years specialty experience.
- Domestic travel as needed (majority of time in market), valid Driverβs License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences; strong planning/analytical/business problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional influence in matrixed environment; excellent written/oral communication.
- Experience in complex market access; cold chain product administration with HCPs.
- HIV treatment/prevention market knowledge; Spanish (preferred).
- Experience in integrated account team model with field-based team members.
Benefits/Compensation (US): Base salary $145,500β$242,500 (plus annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility) and benefits including health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental & medical leave.
