Role Summary
Temp Clinical Payment Associate (remote) supports Clinical Vendor Outsourcing activities, including contracting administration, BUCA responsibilities, and payment processing for vendors in pharmaceutical development. This role contributes to cost objectives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within Revolution Medicinesβ clinical-stage oncology program.
Responsibilities
- Participate as an integral contributor to a team environment.
- Perform activities required for vendor outsourcing contracting administration and BUCA responsibilities.
- Review invoice and PO trackers as provided by the Coupa accounting system and analyze for business follow-up as needed.
- Create business-friendly reports from status data in the various systems.
- Update and manage trackers for contracts, POs, payments, and other activities as required.
- Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on vendor and/or study finance meetings.
- Execute other responsibilities as needed to accomplish cost objectives.
- Contribute to cost process innovations in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Process, negotiate, prepare, and route non-disclosure agreements for signature.
- Assist in processing, negotiating, preparing, and routing other agreement types when requested.
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 2 years clinical/vendor payment experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably the majority in oncology drug development.
- Required: Minimum 2 years vendor and contract payment experience with a sponsor company or CRO managing various phase clinical trials.
- Required: Understanding of the drug development process.
- Required: Motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Required: Creative problem solver with good communication and written skills.
- Required: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Required: Proficient with the MS Office Suite especially Excel.
- Required: Ability to work with minimal direction.
- Required: Thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to deploy innovative approaches and technologies in a high-energy environment.
- Required: Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize options, anticipate challenges, and execute goals as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Preferred: Has familiarity working with vendor contracting systems/portals.
- Preferred: Knowledge and/or familiarity with Ex-US region(s) clinical trial site PO/Invoice systems.
Education
- BS degree or equivalent degree/experience.
