Role Summary
Technology Rotational Development Program Associate at Bristol Myers Squibb. The program offers structured rotations across BI&T, with an emphasis on digital strategy, technology management, and leadership development for MBA/Masters graduates. Participants can tailor their path through rotations and stretch assignments, with the possibility of a full-time role upon completion.
Responsibilities
- Engage in three 8-month rotations across BI&T areas (e.g., Digital Health, R&D, Commercialization, Cybersecurity) as part of a 2-year program.
- Lead one of key program pillars, including recruiting, communications and marketing, events, or onboarding.
- Participate in rotations with a mix of project work, growth activities, and stretch assignments.
- Collaborate with executive sponsors, rotation sponsors, and IT leadership teams; build a network across internal and external partners.
- Develop leadership brand through mentorship, learning programs, and LinkedIn Learning access.
Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Information Systems, or relevant Master program expected in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026.
- Minimum of 3 years of technology, digital, healthcare, or related industry experience.
- Authorized to work in the US at the time of hire (no visa sponsorship available).
