Role Summary

Technology Platform Manager, CRM โ€” responsible for regional North America leadership of business technology projects around the CRM platform. Oversee all aspects of the CRM, drive projects from conception to completion, establish and manage a development team, and ensure solutions address business challenges with measurable outcomes. Develop and implement a cohesive technical roadmap aligned with key business priorities, present and align leaders on business and technology strategies, manage licenses, financials, and metrics, and collaborate with various technology teams to deliver integrated digital initiatives within the CRM platform. Location: Jacksonville, FL; New Brunswick, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Butterfly Program (migration from Salesforce to MS Dynamics) for Vision North America to localize the global MedTech implementation.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with business and technology teams regionally and globally where necessary.
  • Partner with Business Product Owner and commercial leaders to define, shape and lead the business product strategy, roadmaps, business cases and outcomes (OKRs, KPIs).
  • Translate business strategy to technology solutions and communicate strategy and vision across the organization.
  • Accountability for solutions and their outcomes including related measures, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Conduct experiments to test real-world success of proposed solutions.
  • Estimate development effort to prioritize requirements and align IT capacity with top business priorities.
  • Lead teams and deliver projects aligned to the platformโ€™s vision and standards.
  • Partner with internal teams and regional/global enterprise architects to design scalable, flexible, and supportable systems aligned with the technology strategy and standards.

Qualifications

  • Required: A minimum of a bachelorโ€™s degree.
  • Required: 8+ years of equivalent business or technology experience.
  • Required: 8+ years in Digital, CRM, or Commercial-related technology positions with multi-market CRM deployments and API-first architectures for mobile and web engagement.
  • Required: 5+ years of experience and operational understanding of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.
  • Required: 5+ years of experience leading Agile projects with globally diverse teams.
  • Required: Completion of several full CRM implementations or complex IT projects from initiation to support.
  • Preferred: Experience building a digital ecosystem including applications, architecture, integrations, data strategy and analytics.
  • Required: Ability to learn complex business processes and work across multiple domains with strong communication and critical thinking.
  • Preferred: Experience leading technical workshops and workstreams to consensus and actions.
  • Required: Experience documenting user/system requirements and user acceptance testing scripts.
  • Required: Ability to balance enterprise, sector, and region-level requirements and maintain relationships at various levels.
  • Required: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Required: Proficiency in creating engaging Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data aggregation and presentation.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with various IT programming languages, databases, ETL tools, cloud architectures, and mobility platforms.
