Role Summary
Technology Platform Manager for CRM, responsible for region North America leading and executing business technology projects around the CRM platform, driving projects from conception to completion, managing a development team, and delivering measurable outcomes. Oversees licenses, financials, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to align business and technology strategies. Locations include Jacksonville, Florida; New Brunswick, New Jersey; Raritan, New Jersey; and Titusville, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Butterfly Program (migration from Salesforce to MS Dynamics) for Vision North America to localize the global MedTech implementation.
- Establish and nurture relationships across business and technology teams regionally and globally.
- Define, shape, and lead business product strategy, roadmaps, business cases and outcomes (OKRs, KPIs) with Business Product Owner and commercial leaders.
- Translate business strategy to technology solutions and communicate strategy and vision across the organization.
- Be accountable for solutions and their outcomes, including measures, metrics, and dashboards.
- Conduct experiments to test real-world success of proposed solutions.
- Estimate development effort and prioritize requirements, aligning IT capacity with top business priorities.
- Lead teams and deliver projects aligned to the platform’s vision and standards.
- Partner with internal teams and regional/global enterprise architects to design scalable, flexible, and supportable technical systems aligned with the technology strategy and enterprise standards.
Qualifications
- Required: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Required: 8+ years of equivalent business or technology experience.
- Required: 8+ years in Digital, CRM, or Commercial-related technology positions with multi-market CRM deployments and API-first architectures.
- Required: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.
- Required: 5+ years of leading and delivering Agile projects with globally diverse teams.
- Required: Completion of several full CRM implementations or complex IT projects from initiation to support.
- Preferred: Experience building a digital ecosystem including user applications, solution and system architecture, integrations, and data strategy.
- Required: Ability to learn complex business processes, work across multiple business domains, and strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Preferred: Experience leading technical conversations/workshops to consensus and actions.
- Required: Experience documenting user/system requirements and user acceptance testing scripts.
- Required: Ability to balance enterprise, sector, and region requirements and maintain relationships at multiple levels.
- Required: Strong organization and multi-priority management skills.
- Required: Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and in Excel for data aggregation and presentation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with various IT programming languages, database platforms, ETL tools, cloud architectures, and mobility platforms.
