Technology & Innovation Lead, Process Equipment DP (f/m/d)

Role: Lead the transformation of process and manufacturing technologies for Takeda’s Drug Product (DP) network, focusing on setting strategic directions and enabling scalable, innovative solutions. Responsibilities: develop and execute technology visions and roadmaps for DP equipment, drive digitalization and Pharma 4.0 initiatives, and harmonize best practices across sites; support CAPEX projects and vendor evaluations; establish communities of practice and standards; collaborate with global engineering, site teams, and leadership; and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Qualifications: 10-15 years’ experience in biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical engineering, with expertise in product development or manufacturing equipment (formulation, fill & finish, inspection, packaging); technical/scientific/engineering degree; strong leadership and communication skills; industry recognition or leadership in the field preferred.
