Technician, Shared Services Operations - 2nd Shift (Onsite)

Role: GMP sterile manufacturing technician supporting drug product development and clinical supply at the Rahway, NJ FLEx Center. Responsibilities: perform hands-on processing activities including equipment assembly/disassembly, sterilization, inventory management, aseptic formulation in isolators, visual inspection of vials or syringes, and maintaining GMP documentation; support equipment qualification, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of GMP pharmaceutical experience; proficiency with GMP procedures, equipment operation, and electronic systems (e.g., SAP, PAS-X); ability to lift 50 lbs, work in Grade C cleanrooms, and follow gowning protocols. Preferred: GMP manufacturing/processing experience, familiarity with isolators, automated filling, visual inspection, and bio-related certifications; associate degree or BioWork certificate advantageous. High-value: sterile formulation, visual inspection, aseptic processing, GMP compliance, equipment operation, and documentation in a clinical manufacturing environment. Location: on-site Rahway; travel approx. 10%. The role emphasizes team collaboration, adherence to GMP, and involvement in process improvements for sterile drug development.
