Technician III, Process/Utility Maintenance

Role: On-site GMP maintenance technician supporting Moderna's manufacturing facility in Marlborough, MA. Responsibilities: perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex facility and process equipment, troubleshoot real-time issues, support calibration, validation, and lifecycle management activities, and ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance. Also, oversee documentation in Maximo, manage spare parts, and mentor junior technicians. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance preferred, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred: military training, GMP environment familiarity, experience with CMMS (Maximo), and strong troubleshooting skills. High-Value: GMP manufacturing, facility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing), data-driven maintenance, Generative AI insights, and a focus on continuous manufacturing operations.
