Technician II, Sterile Production Operations

Role: Technician II in Sterile Production Operations within Alcon's manufacturing function, focused on processing ingredients and pharmaceutical products for eye care. Responsibilities: operate manufacturing equipment (autoclaves, ovens, sterile filling), handle raw materials and finished products, perform maintenance, document processes, conduct quality checks, and ensure GMP and GxP compliance. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to read/write in English, experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred, basic computer skills, aseptic techniques advantageous. High-Value: sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP/GxP compliance, operational excellence, working onsite in Fort Worth, TX, with a rotating 4-day shift (6:00PM-6:30AM CST).
