Technician II, Engineering - Process

Role: Production Technician supporting equipment operation and maintenance in a biopharma manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: provide technical support, training, troubleshooting, and equipment changeovers; create and revise GMP documentation; manage work orders and preventative maintenance; oversee contractor activities and contribute to safety and facility improvements. Requirements: high school diploma with 3+ years relevant experience; intermediate mechanical and electrical skills; ability to read/write English, operate tools, troubleshoot, and work in cleanroom settings. Preferred: technical or associate degree in maintenance; knowledge of GMP, safety, and environmental protocols; experience with process equipment in biopharma manufacturing. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing, equipment maintenance, GMP compliance, cleanroom environment, shift work (6PM-6:30AM, rotating schedule), physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, working with hazardous materials, collaboration across departments. Reporting: reports to Manager or Supervisor.
