Technician II, Donor Center

Role: Donor Center Technician II responsible for safe, compliant plasma collection and donor management at ADMA Biologics. Responsibilities: perform donor screening, venipuncture, collect samples, operate and troubleshoot automated plasmapheresis equipment, document procedures, manage plasma units and samples, and maintain clean, organized work environment. Ensure donor safety, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance, with administrative and customer interaction duties. Requirements: high school diploma, prior phlebotomy or plasma collection experience preferred; strong attention to detail, teamwork, communication skills, and adherence to SOPs.
