Role Summary

Technician I, Materials in Boca Raton, FL. Responsible for receiving, shipping, storing, and distributing raw materials, intermediates, and marketed products in compliance with cGMP and company SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Receive items shipped to the warehouse, ensuring proper handling of GMP and Non-GMP items according to SOP.
  • Monitor warehouse supplies and request orders when necessary.
  • Distribute materials to the applicable departments as needed.
  • Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean condition.
  • Ship materials using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or US Mail.
  • Safely operate a truck to deliver supplies and equipment.
  • Safely operate a forklift to move palletized items in and out of the warehouse.
  • Perform cycle counts of inventory as needed.
  • Load and unload trucks as required.
  • Build plasma pools in the freezer area and deliver them to manufacturing.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks weekly.
  • Check temperature charts daily and log warehouse and freezer area temperatures. Replace weekly temperature charts as necessary.
  • Stock the manufacturing area with materials as needed.
  • Adhere to all ADMA safety standards.
  • Perform all work duties according to ADMAโ€šร„รดs SOPs and policies.
  • Enter data into networked systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Any experience in materials management, supply chain, and/or warehouse environments.

  • Ability to follow the cGMPs and procedures with great attention to detail
  • Able to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with close attention to detail and accuracy to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings and recommendations
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional Requirements

  • Compliance: adhere to FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities, complete required compliance training, and maintain data privacy; participate in compliance reviews and report potential issues; stay updated on FDA regulations.
