      Role Summary
 Technician I, Materials in Boca Raton, FL. Responsible for receiving, shipping, storing, and distributing raw materials, intermediates, and marketed products in compliance with cGMP and company SOPs.
 Responsibilities
 
 - Receive items shipped to the warehouse, ensuring proper handling of GMP and Non-GMP items according to SOP.
 
 - Monitor warehouse supplies and request orders when necessary.
 
 - Distribute materials to the applicable departments as needed.
 
 - Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean condition.
 
 - Ship materials using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or US Mail.
 
 - Safely operate a truck to deliver supplies and equipment.
 
 - Safely operate a forklift to move palletized items in and out of the warehouse.
 
 - Perform cycle counts of inventory as needed.
 
 - Load and unload trucks as required.
 
 - Build plasma pools in the freezer area and deliver them to manufacturing.
 
 - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks weekly.
 
 - Check temperature charts daily and log warehouse and freezer area temperatures. Replace weekly temperature charts as necessary.
 
 - Stock the manufacturing area with materials as needed.
 
 - Adhere to all ADMA safety standards.
 
 - Perform all work duties according to ADMAโรรดs SOPs and policies.
 
 - Enter data into networked systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - High school diploma or equivalent required.
 
 - Any experience in materials management, supply chain, and/or warehouse environments.
 
 
 Skills
 
 - Ability to follow the cGMPs and procedures with great attention to detail
 
 - Able to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
 
 - Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and meet deadlines
 
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills with close attention to detail and accuracy to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings and recommendations
 
 - Strong organizational, critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
 
 
 Education
 
 - High school diploma or equivalent required
 
 
 Additional Requirements
 
 - Compliance: adhere to FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities, complete required compliance training, and maintain data privacy; participate in compliance reviews and report potential issues; stay updated on FDA regulations.
