Technical Training Coordinator

Role: Training Coordinator responsible for onboarding, ongoing training, and compliance within a laboratory setting. Objectives include enhancing employee performance, maintaining training records, and supporting quality and service metrics. Responsibilities encompass developing training programs, delivering technical and procedural instruction (laboratory information systems, policies, competencies), evaluating materials, and providing administrative support during high-volume periods and travel to client sites. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Chemical, Biological, or Medical Science field; at least 1 year of technologist experience. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification, leadership experience over 6 months. High-value: laboratory operations, high-volume lab environment, clinical laboratory standards, possibly in clinical chemistry or microbiology sectors, with familiarity in CLIA-compliant settings. Skills include strong communication, organization, computer proficiency, and adaptability for travel. Experience working independently and providing exceptional customer service is valued.
