Technical Trainer II

Role: Technical Trainer II supporting Quanterix's service team by delivering instrumentation training, developing training materials, and providing internal instrument service. Responsibilities: instruct field service staff and external distributors; design personalized and advanced training content; contribute to e-learning resources; collaborate with engineering on documentation; support internal instrument troubleshooting. Requirements: Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, biology, or sciences; 8+ years hands-on training experience; prior field service engineering background; troubleshooting and data analysis skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; physically able to lift 25 pounds.
