Technical Steward

Role: Technical Steward supporting advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies at Novartis, focusing on process excellence, tech implementation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: act as SPOC for global MS&T network and development teams; serve as site expert in manufacturing process technologies, including pilot, scale-up, and DoE; lead process optimization and process improvement initiatives; support technology transfers, validation, and manufacturing readiness; drive investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analyses; provide technical training and knowledge sharing. Requirements: BSc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field; minimum five years in oral solid dosage pharma manufacturing; strong GMP, regulatory, and process understanding; experience in process improvement, validation, and tech transfer; analytical and problem-solving skills; effective cross-functional communicator. Desirable: MSc, scientific publications, industry conference participation.
