Technical Program Manager, Software Modernization & Gen AI Enablement

Role: Serve as a Technical Program Manager leading software modernization and AI enablement within a regulated medical device software environment. Objectives include executing technical strategies for modularization, platform consolidation, tech debt reduction, and GenAI adoption. Responsibilities encompass translating architectural direction into structured programs, managing tooling and release governance, and establishing AI adoption frameworks with governance in line with regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with architects, software leads, regional teams, and Quality/Regulatory functions to ensure process compliance and successful implementation. Requirements: 6+ years in technical program management or related roles in regulated industries, with strong technical fluency (preferably in C++, Windows), experience in software lifecycle standards such as IEC 62304, and familiarity with GenAI tools and governance. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in software modernization, platform consolidation, and global matrix organizations.
