Technical Product Owner Sr Manager

Role Summary

Technical Product Owner Sr Manager – Integrated Business Planning and Commercial, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Focus on developing Anaplan technology to support transformed financial planning and budgeting processes. Based in Brunswick, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT collaborator with the business; work with the Squad to shape the vision and roadmap in delivering products.
• Ensure the squad “builds the right solution” based on business requirements; shape and define technical solutions aligned with business needs and priorities.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features to optimize cost and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure all partners are clear on roadmap activities, interdependencies, and due dates.
• Ensure products/features/work meet relevant security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Accountable for the delivery of the Technical Solution.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management and in supporting the Finance or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong technical focus with prior work experience in financial planning and budgeting technology solutions.
• Financial planning and analysis; EPM solutions.
• Knowledge of Anaplan preferred.
• Experience with all aspects of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
• Experience bringing products/services to market strongly desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
