Position Summary
- Technical Product Manager to join the Commercial Operations Team.
- Serve as a functional expert on applications supporting Commercial Operations (US & Ex-US) and Global Patient Services (GPS), bridging business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Lead requirements management, ensuring compliance with GxP standards and enterprise best practices in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and create epics, features, and user stories; translate business requirements and design outcomes into backlog items.
- Partner with Product Owners to define scope, prioritize the backlog, and align deliverables for system releases.
- Lead backlog refinement/grooming; conduct requirement gap/impact analysis and functional risk assessments.
- Collaborate on technical design considerations, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure user stories align with Salesforce platform standards, system architecture, and GxP/CSV compliance.
- Support defect triage and production issue management; translate defects/incidents into backlog items and track to closure.
- Coordinate cross-team alignment, dependency management, and communication.
- Mentor team members on requirement management, sprint delivery, and release demos.
- Identify AI opportunities to enhance workflows and operational efficiencies; drive continuous improvement and automation adoption.
- Support release readiness/post-release activities (deployment coordination, documentation alignment, operational stability).
- Author and maintain GxP documentation and SDLC artifacts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or related field (required).
- 5–7 years technical product management/enterprise application delivery and cross-functional leadership (required).
- 3+ years Salesforce; 3+ years JIRA, Confluence, Figma (wireframes).
- 2+ years pharmaceutical industry (preferred); Cell Therapy knowledge (plus).
- Proven onsite/offshore delivery experience in multi-product, multi-region systems (preferred).
- AI-enabled tools for business analysis (preferred).

Skills/Competencies
- Strong written/verbal communication to business and technical audiences.
- Collaborative; relationship building in global matrixed organizations.
- Ability to manage complex vendor environments.
- Agile/Scrum and release management experience.
- Evaluate/adopt AI-powered tools responsibly; continuous improvement mindset.
