We are searching for the best talent for Technical Product Manager AI/Data & Analytics Advanced Therapies.
Purpose
We are seeking an exceptional Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI and Data & Analytics (D&A) solutions for our Advanced Therapies business. This strategic role involves leading technical data integration, guiding innovative AI solutions, and ensuring our data strategies efficiently support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of data integration, AI, and D&A solutions to meet the evolving needs of the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain business.
- Develop and implement data strategies aligned with organizational goals, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
- Communicate and advocate for optimal processes in technical product management to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Define and coordinate the functional design of products, deeply understanding user needs and technological capabilities.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing partner requirements and technical feasibility.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and individual contributors in a multi-team environment, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and career development.
- Be responsible for operational aspects such as workflow, compliance, and team performance within established budgets and timelines.
- Embed Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals, decision-making, and day-to-day operations.
Qualifications / Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, higher degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business
Required
Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of related experience in data management, analytics, and/or technical product management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions with a focus on data quality and reliability.
- Strong expertise in data lifecycle management, data modelling, and data architecture principles.
- Familiarity with data governance tools, platforms, and data quality practices.
- Deep understanding of supply chain systems, including GxP processes and data requirements.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strategic problem solver with strong analytical capabilities.
Preferred
- Proficiency with cloud-based data technologies, such as Azure, Databricks, Unity Catalog.
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, business analytics, AI.
- Experience spanning multiple functional areas within a regulated environment.
- Proven success in leading large-scale projects and programs using structured delivery methodologies.
Other
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, depending on business needs (domestic and international).
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $174250 to $235750.
Bonus
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
