Role Summary

Technical Platform Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of patient-facing digital capabilities. Own strategy, vision, and roadmap; steer design and development; and partner to engineer services powering patient and health-care professional experiences. Located in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA, with up to 10% travel within New Jersey/Pennsylvania and occasional North America travel.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage scalable services within a hub-and-spoke, service-oriented architecture to enable rapid scaling of microservices.
  • Build reusable capabilities and microservices to support omni-channel experiences across the product portfolio.
  • Lead Agile delivery as Product Owner, owning the backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing work, and driving sprint goals tied to business outcomes.
  • Shape platform architecture by defining system architecture and design patterns for core microservices; support a headless, content-based approach for personalized experiences.
  • Measure and optimize platform and product performance to identify opportunities for innovation and value creation.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, solution architecture, brand, and IT teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap enabling agility, reusability, and faster delivery of customer experiences.
  • Champion best practices by engaging with IT communities of practice to align on standards, technology selection, and operational excellence.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture with data-driven decisions aligned to compliance and customer insights.
  • Establish governance, processes, and communication frameworks to ensure delivery quality and compliance.
  • Stay ahead of trends by monitoring emerging technologies and collaborating with partners to identify innovative digital engagement approaches.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Architecture, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree preferred.

Experience And Skills

Technical Expertise

  • Proven experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems using SOA or microservices.
  • Proficiency with Git-based source control tools such as Bitbucket.
  • Strong familiarity with AWS core services (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS, EKS, EC2).
  • Hands-on experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, including pub/sub content models.
  • Front-end development experience with React and Next.js.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages: TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or Rust.

Product Leadership

  • 3–5+ years leading digital product strategy and development for large-scale applications.
  • Strong understanding of product management practices: customer discovery, MVP definition, usability testing, and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience with Agile/Lean development, including TDD, QA automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of site architecture, UX design principles, and software quality processes.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical solutions with measurable results.
  • Skill in writing concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps that articulate value and delivery timelines.
  • Data-driven mindset to analyze trends, define KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading teams, developing talent, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of digital technology trends.
