Position Summary
Technical Manager, QA Programs & Systems (individual contributor) owns and coordinates QA Shop Floor (QASF) programs at the BMS Bothell cell therapy site, serving as program owner, project manager, and subject-matter POC for QA Operations change controls, risk assessments, document and training lifecycle management, and operational-excellence programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Change Controls: author and lead change controls; promote best practices; represent QASF at CC Community of Practice; project-manage Change Control Impact Assessments, coordinating stakeholders and driving completion.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): coordinate QASF operational support; manage interdependencies across protocols and execution; build systems/programs to improve NPI readiness.
- Training Lifecycle Management: create/update/manage QASF training curricula aligned with the Learning Grid; POC for new-hire learning and onboarding.
- Sterility Assurance: represent QASF at the Contamination Control Committee as POC for aseptic process improvements; sustain and enhance Aseptic Observer Program.
- Risk Management: lead/participate in risk assessments using tools such as FMEA.
- Compliance Initiatives: represent QASF at Compliance Connect quarterly governance meetings; complete Guest Auditor certification and lead facility improvements.
- Escalations: provide escalation/triage support for high-risk events.

Qualifications
- STEM bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent education/experience considered).
- 5+ years cGMP experience (biotechnology/cell therapy/regulatory environment preferred).
- Proven ownership of cross-functional quality programs/systems and effective project management.
