Technical Integrator

Role: Technical Integrator Lead within Lilly's global field solutions team, focusing on designing and implementing enterprise-wide integrations for digital customer solutions supporting over 10,000 sales reps. Responsibilities: translate business needs into scalable, secure integration solutions, define standards, lead lifecycle efforts, manage dependencies, ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, and mentor development teams. Partner with multiple stakeholders including business, platform, and vendor teams, and drive innovation using AI and automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's in computer science or related field, 3+ years in IT delivering solutions and integrations, experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), CI/CD, and AI solutions. Preferred: experience in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences), AI certifications, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and expertise in enterprise CRM architecture, APIs, and GxP compliance. High-value: integrated solutions supporting Lilly’s digital transformation in pharmaceutical sales, with up to 10% travel, working across global teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
