The Position:
Coach, support, and develop technical competencies on shift needed to support successful execution of production and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Coordinate daily maintenance schedule; remove barriers to enable optimal maintenance execution
- Coach and technically mentor maintenance technicians
- Execute process confirmation of maintenance standards on shift; work with process team to improve quality and compliance
- Coach maintenance Event Response process
- Visualize/track events and actions
- Confirm technicians understand and follow processes
- Ensure solutions are verified and shared across shifts
- Manage technicians’ development plan on shift
- Execute shift maintenance plan; review and close work orders
- Ensure maintenance documentation is recorded in SAP and log books
- Implement process improvements
- Follow all safety & environmental requirements; other accountabilities as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (required)
- OR Associate’s degree in a technical field + 7+ years maintenance/manufacturing (prefer pharma)
- OR High school diploma/equivalent + 9+ years maintenance/manufacturing (prefer pharma)
- Minimum 5+ years maintenance/manufacturing (prefer pharma)
- Leadership experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of high-speed/automated systems (preferred): Filling, Formulation, Inspection, Assembly, Bulk manufacturing, Packaging, Utilities, HVAC
- Process improvement/design experience using systematic methodologies (preferred), preferably Lean/Six Sigma
- Proven expertise in mentoring/developing, change management, planning/organizing, execution, revising plans for complex cross-functional problems (preferred)
