Technical Area Specialist

Role: Maintenance Supervisor supporting aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing at Novo Nordisk's NC facility, focusing on process execution, team coaching, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: coordinate daily maintenance schedules, mentor technicians, execute and verify maintenance standards, manage work orders in SAP, and implement process improvements while ensuring safety and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in a technical field or an Associate's with 7+ years, or High School diploma with 9+ years of maintenance/manufacturing experience; 5+ years in relevant industry, preferably pharma; leadership experience preferred.
